Having trouble with patch.... PLZ help

I have already downloaded and installed the client, now i have no idea what to do with the patch. Someone please help me. Provide a link to the patch if possible...thanks!

if you already installed the game....just Extract the Patch to a Folder of your Wish...then Kopie all files from the Patch folder to the Cabal Adekz Main folder...thats it...
