problem with xtrap

Hello, im new here, was about to join the server today but i have a problem. Im using US client, i have new patch, did everything ok, but when i click on cabal adekz start icon xtrap is loading and then nothing's happening, cant load the game. Anybady knows how to solve this problem? Ty for any response and sry for my not perfect english, regards Hector.

Nvm that, everything works after format but i have problem with login in, its saying acc name or pass do not much, but i did everyting good, any ideas for that? I rly want to play lmao regards
