My skill was Abyssal Crystal...Casting time 2 Seconds....
He was using Sismic wave....Casting Time 3 seconds...
and i Died...but...take a look by yourself...

i really dont think thats a hack as you can see at 0:11 - 0:14 you can see how he dashed to get closer to you before you even released your skill... watch carefully for 11 and 14... watch the foot of his character as he dashes... running is not like that thats what you call dashing sir... im not taking sides or any... im just analyzing the evidences mainly given by you... and as you can see clearly you where wrong of accusing him of using some hack programs or something... EG. try using dash for yourself just to prove your accusations wrong...
I made my Skill befor he Does...and i died...Casting time is the thing you have to look for....
my is 2... his is 3.... i made my skill while he Dashing/running.....

actually the damage hack your saying or the delay hack? hmm thats imposible for CE for cabal i think the only hack you can do with CE in cabal adekz is speed hack.. but i dont think its possible for damage hack. because i think damage hack needs you to edit some codes in the memory of your weapon. meaning to say you have to know the basics of scripting. and the delay... dude come on the server laggs everytime, check your connection... you might got too much application running... like your Fraps it uses large amount of memory from your system... lol check all the angles. your the ones at fault here... men you just cant accept that you where basically beaten by a norm player and your a GM... low down your pride man and accept the fact that even if your a GM you cant really be a GOD not unless your character that has 1 billion life like the bosses in Ragnarok lol...
